Every provider at VeneHealth earned a medical degree in Venezuela and continued their training in the United States, a depth of clinical experience you can feel in every visit. Board-certified and fully bilingual, they care for you in English or Spanish, in the language you think in. And because we are a small practice, they actually know you, your history, your family, your name.
They also work as one coordinated team, collaborating with our Medical Director across family medicine, women’s health, hormones, weight loss, aesthetics, and IV therapy. Julio Omar Rojas, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Ob/GYN Sonographer dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care and specialized Women’s Health services. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Venezuela, where he completed postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with advanced education in Perinatology and High-Risk Pregnancy Management. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Human Reproduction and Fertility from the University of Valencia, Spain.
Now practicing in the United States as a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Julio combines his medical education and more than 30 years of extensive clinical experience with advanced nursing practice to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across the lifespan.
His clinical expertise includes comprehensive primary care, women’s health, preventive medicine, reproductive health, infertility evaluation and management, preconception counseling, contraception, prenatal and postpartum care and menopause and perimenopause management, office gynecology and point-of-care obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound. He also specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), hormone optimization, and medically supervised weight-loss programs, developing personalized treatment plans that help patients optimize hormonal balance, improve metabolic health, enhance fertility, and achieve long-term wellness.
Known for his compassionate approach and commitment to patient education, Julio partners with each patient to create individualized care plans focused on prevention, early diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment. His goal is to empower patients to make informed healthcare decisions while providing comprehensive, personalized care that supports optimal health and well-being throughout every stage of life.

Jenniffer Blandin Hinojosa is a Family Nurse Practitioner at VeneHealth, providing comprehensive primary care with an integrated focus on wellness, prevention, and aesthetic medicine. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, she earned her M.D. abroad and later completed her nursing education and Family Nurse Practitioner training in the United States. She specializes in family medicine, caring for patients across the lifespan with an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans. At VeneHealth, NP Blandin also incorporates medical aesthetics as part of a holistic approach to health and well-being. She is known for her compassionate care, attentive listening, and commitment to treating the whole person.

Jhonny Montoya is a Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in the United States. He earned his medical degree from Universidad de Oriente (UDO), Venezuela. He has held advanced clinical roles at Orlando Health, including Clinical Coordinator in Electrophysiology and work in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, strengthening his cardiovascular expertise and multidisciplinary care coordination. As a Primary Care Provider, he treats patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care and the management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, asthma, COPD, depression, and anxiety. He also specializes in personalized weight loss and hormone replacement therapy for both women, including peri-menopause and menopause (Member of The Menopause Society), and men’s health, including testosterone therapy. His philosophy: evidence-based, relationship-driven care, with one provider guiding, educating, and supporting every step of the patient’s journey.

Zobeida Romero Santana is a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse and member of the VeneHealth team. She practices in collaboration with Nurse Practitioners and the Medical Director within a coordinated care model. With over 35 years of clinical and educational experience, she earned her M.D. from the University of Zulia (LUZ) in Venezuela and specialized in Aesthetic Medicine at FUCEME. She provides facial rejuvenation, anti-aging treatments, acne and hyperpigmentation care, IV therapy, and vitamin injections. She is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner studies.
